Hydraulic and pneumatic piston rods can be produced in one operation including turning, threading on one or both ends and cross hole drilling or wrench flats.

Automatic tube loading, accurate pusher type part length control and heavy duty part support and unloading allow a continuous automatic cycle which can complete a piston rod in 2 to 5 minutes, depending on O.D. and length.
