B&O 2-axis horizontal or vertical CNC Chuckers are configured specifically to complete hubs and brake rotors to close tolerances in two or three operations.  The unique B&O chucker design allows the machining of these parts in the dry condition (no coolant) with maximum efficiency, minimum routine maintenance, and exceptionally long machine tool life.  Typical part load-unload is handled with robots or dedicated automation.
